About Me

Name: Johnny Kallenberg
Where to find: Skåne outside Lund

I don’t think I can call myself a photographer, but would rather be seen as a digital image creator! My main tool is my camera, but with the help of image processing programs like Lightroom, Photoshop and hardware in the form of a nice Mac, I can create what I like, images!
I am completely self-taught in this world of light, shadows and colors/black and white. A world that makes my creative side constantly move forward and develop. It is a wonderful world to be in!

My photographic career started in 2000 to capture my newborn son on film (like all other parents!). I realized quite quickly that I could create so much more with my camera and then invested, some time later, in a digital system camera.

In 2006 I got my hands on this first digital system camera and started capturing road racing on film as well as a little STCC and motocross. Since then, a couple of camera bodies and lenses and various different niches have been explored, thousands of images have been created and knowledge has been broadened. A favorite is drop collisions and creating with water! It is no secret that there are a bunch of photographers who inspire my image creation and if you are familiar with the world of photography, you have probably heard of Bryan Adams (yes, the music artist), Lindsey Adler, Joe McNally, Steve McCurry, Anton Corbijn, Annie Leibovitz, my best photo friend Stefan Petersén and others.

Nowadays, landscapes, cityscapes and people often end up in pictures in various portraits and in different themes and preferably music artists of various kinds, preferably Rock/Hard Rock where the purpose is promotion for the band and/or media material to be able to advertise with.
